Philadelphia Inspired Tarot Greeting Cards

Fun colors and Tarot cards? Count me in!

This is one of my first experiences designing for a client and it could not have been more rewarding. The objective was to design a set of Philadelphia-inspired greeting cards to be sold in Occasionette Goods & Gifts. I came up with the idea to illustrate a series of Tarot cards for some of my favorite locations in Philly. I wanted to make these cards feel like authentic Tarot cards, hence the reasoning for my decision to incorporate my hand-drawn inked sketches, as well as a distressed paper texture. Illustration of the type also gives the cards a more hand-done quality.
